We manufacture a limitless array of moulded wood products including casing, baseboard, crown, handrail, specialty mouldings, siding, v-joint, and wide-plank flooring (end matching is available on all of our tongue & groove products). We also create custom profiles and curved trim to match any existing sample, drawing, or radius.

We excel in the manufacture of custom architectural millwork, with particular emphasis on restoration and period design. Utilizing modern production equipment and CNC technology, combined with traditional joinery practices, our products are only limited by your imagination.

Custom Millwork

And because unlike most millworkers we install as well as mill, we have the necessary understanding of the nuances of proper fit, and take the extra time in the manufacturing process to ensure installation can happen without the need for unplanned modifications or last-minute on-site shortcuts.

Curved Millwork

Fabricating curved millwork is a special skill and a difficult challenge for even experienced millworkers. Our expertise in curved millwork comes from Jeff’s background as a fine woodworker, where stringent accuracy and a deep understanding of the complex properties of different wood types trump speed and a cookie-cutter approach every time. While we bring the same level of exactness to every project we undertake, nowhere is it more important than in our curve work.
